Oh hey!

I’m Ren, a multidisciplinary creative with roots in motion design and post-production. I’m passionate about visual storytelling and love getting playful with design and motion to push boundaries and create some really awesome work.

I completed my Bachelor of Design in Animation at the University of Technology Sydney in 2023. My graduate film, created alongside Sean Liao, Skyward (2023) was selected for the Melbourne International Animation Festival and was selected as a finalist for Australia Animation Film Festival (AniMate). Post-grad, I’ve worked as a freelance compositor for short films such as Aracourt Studio’s If/When (2025).

When not behind the monitor, I’m usually geeking out over ttrpg’s, hitting the dance floor or constructing additions to my ever-growing botanical lego collection.
